What information is required to place an order?

The day phone number is very important. This is the number that the shipper will call if they have any question concerning delivery. Helpful hint: If you do not know the recipient’s phone number, enter a number where you can be reached.
How do I know you received my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order. The confirmation will list the following information:

Total cost

Arrival date

Order number
Included with the e-mail confirmation will be a link to our automated tracking system. You can track shipments from pickup to delivery.Helpful hint: Tracking numbers are posted the day after we ship. I want to send more than (1) gift to the same address, is there a discount on freight?
No, orders must be entered individually; each gift item is packaged and shipped separately.
