Unique Touch Gifts and Baskets accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders $1,000.00 and up, require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Sales Tax:

All orders placed or delivered within the state of Maryland will be subject to sales tax of 6%.

SSL encrypts data that is transferred over the SSL connection to protect confidential user information, such as credit card numbers. We use information we collect from you to process your orders, allow order tracking, and provide an enhanced and more personalized shopping experience. We do not share our customers' information with other companies.

Returns:

We go out of our way to exceed our customers expectations. Please contact us within three (3) business days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. We will do everything possible to correct the situation. Claims for credit due to incorrect address information will not be honored. Furthermore, customers will incur additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled with no fee up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. After that time a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Substitutions:

At times, certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitue with another selection of equal or greater value. We do not ship chocolate items between May - September. However, chocolates are available for local delivery throughout the year.
