Most orders are shipped via UPS within 48 hours or less.

Unique Touch Gifts and Baskets has no control on the time it may take for your package to be delivered once a package has left our design studio. Therefore we are not liable for lost, stolen or claims of non-receipt of merchandise. You can however track your order via the UPS website. We do not receive tracking numbers until the day after your order is shipped. Please allow (24) hours for tracking information to be posted.

We are unable to ship to the following destinations:

P.O. Box (a physical address is required)
APO / FPO (military addresses)
Alaska & Hawaii
Internationally

Arrival dates for ground shipping are estimated and depending upon the destination will vary between 2-5 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not counted when determining the number of days in transit.

Local Deliveries:

We do offer local delivery service. Please email or call us with you specific delivery needs. Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. We recommend sending your gift to the patient's home address.
